In formulating the design proposals for the WEATHER OBSERVING AND FORECASTING SYSTEM 433L, set forth in this document, the authors have drawn freely upon experience gained by those who have been intimately familiar with the present operational system, and also with its present proficiencies and deficiencies.nOnly broad questions pertinent to WEATHER SYSTEM 433L have been considered in this design proposal.
