The results of tests indicate that the electrical characteristics of the plastic Antenna AT-726( )/VR are equal to Antenna AT-129( )/VR or AT-532 Presently used. However from a environmental aspect the plastic Antenna AT- 726( ) TR is far superior is the Antenna AT-129( )VR, or AT-532. In addition the plastic reinforced antenna affords personnel greater protection against electrical shock hazards.
