Continued efforts in the design and manufacturing phases of this contract have resulted in the following activity during this period:n1.tIncorporation of an alloying process to apply to the manufacture of 4.7 volt reference diodes.n2.tEvaluation of silicon material from various suppliers.n3.tSubmission of experimental samples of the 4.7 and 6.2 volt reference diodes in the .1 watt case as required by the contract.n4.tRedesign of the internal lead for units in the 1 and 3 watt cases.n5.tMil spec evaluation of all of units in the 1 and 3 watt cases.nDesign and construction of additional tooling for mechanization.
