Mathematical digital machines with program control during the past 10 years have come to represent the most important and promising trend in the development of the means of automation of labor consuming processes in mental labor and of the control of the dynamics of complicated objects and processes. The variety in the types and constructions of the digital computers produced, whether universal or specialized in their functions [1, 2] is the evidence of the creation of a new branch of engineering, using the results of theoretical logic, the accomplishments of radio electronics, and producing its own me¬thods and technical means.
