Technotics:A study of Effective Communication of Technical and Scientific Knowledge

TECHNOTICS, as proposed in this study, is a Systematic method of increasing the effectiveness of communication of technical and scientific knowledge by attenuation of noise in the communication channels. Considered as Channels are:Preparation, Delivery and Reception of a message. For practical application, especially for decision-making meetings, use of TechnOrients is advocated.
