SERVICES, FACILITIES, AND MATERIALS TO DESIGN AND DEVELOP HIGH SHOCK AND VIBRATION RESISTANT CRYSTAL UNITS SEVENTH QUARTERLY PROGRESS REPORT

This report covers the seventh quarterly interval of this project. This period has been primarily concerned with production of “36OO program” prototype units to complete the required sample quantities. No difficulties have been en¬countered in this production phase; the designs and processes for these units which were presented in the last report seem very satisfactory. This report also presents summaries of aging characteristics, both at room ambient temperature and at +75°C ±5°C operating temperature, of “3625” program units. This test is still in progress, and additional information will be presented in the final report.
