Transition Probabilities for the Rotating Morse Oscillator with an Exponential Dipole Moment

This note records transition matrix expressions based upon an alternate approach. Rational analytical expressions are assumed for the dipole moment as a function of internuclear distance. These expressions reproduce the usual qualitative representation of this quantity much more closely than a limited power series can, and, at the same time, require only slightly more computational labor.
