Six materials and combinations of ma¬terials were evaluated in laboratory tests as possible replacements for the grease¬proof lining material now used in Specifi¬cation MIL-C-3955 fiber cans. Four of these materials (1, 2, 3, and 6) were judged to be satisfactory. Two of the four (1 and 2) were eliminated from the program because of difficulties anticipated in laminating them to fiber cans.
