摘要

The major hypothesis of this experiment is that if ECB animals are more reactive to enviromental stimuli, them if one makes them blind, deaf, or anomnic, they will behave more like normal controls. In the preceding sections it has been shown how this hypothesis aross, and how it could be tested. The experimental design constituten, in the opinion of the suthor, a clear-cut test of this hypothesis, inasmuch as it would be possible to systematically rule out all other interpretations of the effects of ECS in the event of positive findings.
