This procedure describes the operation of a secondary standard calibration system which is used to calibrate dynamometer type Test Instruments by the reverse dc method.nThe instrument under calibration will be referred to herein as the Test Instrument.nThe system instrumentation accuracy is given in Section 3. The overall accuracy achieved during instrument calibration, however, must take into consideration the operator errors in manipulation and readout as well as the inherent system accuracy.
