摘要

The wave lengths öf the band heads, and of the place in the continuous spectrum, chosen for observation are listed in Table 1 of (1). Local temperatures were measured with the help of the infrared H2O-radiation. A very stable flat flame which was established above a cooled porous metal disk was viewed edgewise by the instrument and moved past its optical axis. By varying the flow rate through the porous disk the flame temperature could be varied.
