1.1This procedure describes the operation of a secondary standard calibration system which is used to calibrate ac voltage measuring instruments by the Thermal Transfer method.n1.2The instrument under calibration will be referred to herein as the Test Instrument.n1.3The system instrunentation accuracy is given in Section 3.
