Differential Prediction of Naval Science and Aptitude Grades at the University of Washington from Batteries of Fourteen and of Three Variables

The Washington Pre-College Differential Grade Prediction Battery is an effective instrument for the selection of Naval ROTC students for either the subsidized or the non-subsidized programs. It is slightly superior to either of the instruments now used by the Navy Department in selecting such students.nThe results of this exploratory study are such as to warrant further study on a larger scale as set forth in the recommendations for further study.
