摘要

The experimental study of intoxication from volatile boron hydrides as well as the practices of good industrial hygiene depends upon precise knowledge of the concentrations of boron hydrides in air, and also factors which control the stability of boron hydride-air mixtures. Physical methods, while ultimately the most desirable for speed and accuracy, are not always possible, especially if instrumentation is not available. Chemical methods for the determination of small quantities of boron hydrides depend in general upon the use of aqueous scrubbing towers.
