A Typical Heat Stroke with Hyper-natremia, Acute Renal Failure, and Fulminating Potassium Intoxication

Three fatal cases of atypical heat stroke manifest by severe Hyper¬natremia, oliguria and fulminating myocardial potassium intoxication are presented in detail. The mode of onset, clinical and chemical findings, persistence of hyperthermia and shock, severe oliguria, and cause of death are emphasized.
