An Ultrasonic Method for the Acceptance Testing of Tungsten Carbide Cores(Phase Ⅰ)

摘要

The work covered by this report was initiated to develop a nondestructive (ultrasonic) test method to detect flaws in four-pound cemented carbide cores, and to establish ultrasonic test acceptance standards for ballistically acceptable cores for Shot, HVAPDS-T, 76/50MM, M331A2.
