An Assessment Study of Air Force Officers PartⅣ:Predictability of a Composite Criterion Of Officer Effectiveness

This is the fourth volume of a five-part report of a project to develop methods for Identifying Air Force officers with high potential for effective military leadership. Its purpose is to reduce the data for 11 criteria to a practical composite criterion and to organize data concerning 631 test and assessment variables for prediction of the composite criterion. Evalu¬ation of the criteria led to selection of three for combination In a Cri¬terion Index.
