Canal Zone Analogs VII ANALOGS OF CANAL ZONE CLIMATE IN INDONESIA, THE PHILIPPINES, AND BORNEO

The climate of Indonesia, the Philippines, and Borneo is compared with that of two localities in the Canal Zone:Balboa Heights, repre¬senting the drier, leeward, Pacific side of the Isthmus of Panama, and Cristobal, representing the wetter, windward, Atlantic side. Distribu¬tion of areas of analogy of pertinent climatic elements and combinations of these elements are shown on maps.
