The compounds we have investigated are listed under the numbers 1-83. Though the field of purine derivatives had been studied very intensively in search for chemotherapeutical agents.nFuture work is needed in the field of the chemistry of these compounds to enlarge their number for these studies. From the present experience continuation should be done in the direction ofn1)tderivatives with a direct substitution of carbon atomes to C-8 of the purine system;n2)tderivatives combining two substituted amino groups in the purine system, andnribotides of compounds found to be active.
