The idea of atomic associations in a simple form of perturbation method

Quantum obemistry must become more general in order to ob¬tain closer connections with chemical questions and chemical laws.nThe following brief paper will be a starting-point for further treatments in this sense and also an outline of a new basis for quantum chemical calculations.nThe opinion presented here is that we can expect good agreement of molecular calculations with experiment only when we start from a solved many-electron one-center-problem or from formulas,' which include the general atomic problem as a basis.
