The investigation described in this report is a continuation of the investigation described in our previous report No. FTR.l/JSS/RMR under contract No. DA - 91 - 508 - EUC - 254 (Reference l). It concerns the study of the mechanism of the reaction between metallic copper and ammonia solutions containing dissolved oxygen.nAn apparatus for measuring the kinetics of this reaction has been constructed, based on the use of a rotating disc, this apparatus shows considerable advantage over the rotating cylinders.
