The Test Instrument is a portable test unit designed to test the characteristics of crystal diodes by measuring forward and reverse resistance and reverse current. The calibration is performed as follows:nThe resistance indications on the Test Instrument meter are directly compared to equivalent resistance values set up on a standard decade resistor. The current indications on the Test Instrument meter are compared to the equivalent indications of a standard ammeter.
