Technical Report No. 6 The Study of the Properties of Single CdS and ZnS Crystals

摘要

This report covers the progress on the theoretical and experimental investigation of the properties of single crystals. In particular studies have been concerned with the optical, electrical and structural properties in order to uncover information which would lead to applications, such as detectors and crystal counters. This work covers the period from 1 September 1959 to 31 August 1960 under Contract N. Nonr 1511 (01) Project NR 015-218 between the Office of Naval Research and the University of Detroit.
