This procedure has been prepared for use in BOWEPS and BUSHIPS Secondary Standards Laboratories. The government assumes no responsi-bility for the results forthcoming when the procedure is employed by parties other than naval laboratories.nIt is recognized that equivalent equipment produced by other manufacturers may be available to other laboratories and might be capable of equally satisfactory performance of the procedure.
