INSTRUMENT CALIBRATION PROCEDURE AP-01 RADIO FREQUENCY WATTMETER AN/URM-463A AND AN/URM-43B

This procedure describes the calibration of the AN/URM-43A or AN/URM-43B Radio Frequency Wattmeter which con¬sists of the ME-11A/U or ME-11B/U RF Wattmeter, the transit case CY-1135A/U, mounting bracket A-105, and two Instruction books. The ME-11A/U or UE-11B/U RF Wattmeter will be referred to herein as the Test Instrument.nThis procedure will verify correct performance of the Test Instrument within the required tolerances. Normally, each recorded value will be compared to its tolerance and corrective action taken, if required, before continuing the test. However, it is sometimes desirable to delay the verification and corrective action until several related values have been recorded. Perform corrective action in accordance with the instruction manual and local laboratory practices. All data must be recorded on the Calibration Report form.
