This document is an Environmental Assessment (EA) summarizing an environmental analysis completed regarding proposed restoration activities within the San Antonio and Sulfur Creek watersheds on the Valles Caldera National Preserve (Preserve). The Preserve is located in north central New Mexico, Sandoval and Rio Arriba counties. Watershed is the term used to define a geographic area of land from which water drains to a shared destination. Watersheds can be defined at a variety of scales. For the purpose of this EA, three scales will be defined.
