The papers, together with illustrations, bibliographies, and discussions, that were presented at this conference are reproduced. A case study of paraplegia due to subdural hematoma following spinal puncture was described. H and T reflexes in spinal cord injury patients and a follow-up report on phenol blocks in spasms were presented. Amyloidosis of paraplegia was discussed, as were several treatments for decubitus ulcers. Ankylosing pelvospondylitis in paraplegics and lower extremity fractures in patients with spinal cord injury were orthopedic topics presented. A number of useful urological devices for spinal cord injury patients were described. Urological problems of female spinal cord injury patients were presented, as well as other urological topics. A list of participants is given, and a classified index is provided.
