This procedure describes the calibration of the AN/USM-105 oscilloscope, which consists of the OS-82/USM-105 oscilloscope, the MX-2930/U8M-105 dual trace preamplifier and various adapters, cables and probes; the Hewlett-Packard 160A with a 162A dual trace vertical preamplifier installed; the Hewlett-Packard 160B with a 16SA auxiliary horizontal plug-in unit and a 162A dual trace vertical preamplifier installed; or the AN/U8H-108A with an MX-2930/U3M-105 dual trace vertical preamplifier and an MX-3078/USM-10SA auxiliary horizontal plug-in unit installed. The combination of the oscilloscope and the plug-in units will be referred to herein as the Test Instrument.n1.2 The Test Instrument must be in normal operating condition before starting the calibration.
