Analysis of Fixed Arches, Frames and Rings (Developed for Burroughs E-101-3)

The program consists of three parts: (1) Computation of redundant reactions at the elastic center for unit vertical and horizontal loads at the center of each arch segment. (2) Computation of moment, thrust and shear at the center of each arch segment due to the reactions computed in Part 1 and the external loading. (3) Computation of influence line ordinates for moment, thrust and shear at the base, the crown and the center of each arch segment specified. Its use is limited to symmetrical structures. (Author)
