The report discusses the results of a test program to study the differences, or similarities, in cavitation or impingement damage data obtained by twelve laboratories using ostensibly the same procedures and testing the same materials. The data from the reporting laboratories are represented on various damage or damage rate vs. time curves. Detailed examination of the test procedures indicate those differences largely responsible for significant differences in test results. (Author)
