The report presents electron density and collision frequency profiles of the D-region obtained during the IQSY Program with a radiowave interaction facility. Monthly average profiles of electron density and collision frequency are presented. Preliminary results of a new high power radiowave interaction experiment are also presented and discussed. (Author)
