The Role of the Technical Report in Scientific and Technological Communication

摘要

A study was made to appraise the role of the technical report in the scientific-engineering communication process in order to: (1) recommend methods of improving its quality and usefulness, (2) rationalize its interfaces with the other media for communication such as professional society and other technical journals, symposia proceedings, and books, (3) continue to satisfy and to enhance the Government-sponsor technical-agent contractual relationship.
