Single- and Repeated-Dose Oral Toxicity of Nsc 83265 in Mice and Dogs Including Physiological Disposition Studies

NSC 83265, L-alanine, 3-(tritylthio)-, which shows strong antitumor activity against L1210 in mice following intraperitoneal, subcutaneous, and oral administration, and against intravenously implanted L1210 when injected by the intraperitoneal route, has been studied for preclinical toxicological effects following single and repeated oral dosages in mice and adult beagle dogs.
