PREDICTION OF DEEP PERCOLATION LOSSES UNDER NATURAL CONDITIONS

Deep percolation quantities are estimated using moisture records from a small watershed. Methods for determining unsaturated conductivity and hy¬draulic gradients at the bottom of the root zone are discussed. Seepage losses from three differ¬ent areas of the watershed are compared.
