PHYSICAL PROPERTIES OF MECHANICALLY-HARVESTED COFFEE CHERRIES

Amounts of ripe and green fruits, leaves and other extraneous matter in mechanically-har¬vested coffee cherries were measured and their effects on subsequent processing opera¬tions studied. Special consideration must be given to cleaning, sorting and pulping to maintain product quality.
