Studies of Solute-Solvent Interactions in Non-Aqueous Solvents

摘要

This report describes progress in the study of solute-solvent interactions in non-aqueous, aprotic solvents of low dielectric constant. The report is divided into three sections which describe the majority of the work completed: Association of phenolic compounds, in benzene solution; Design and construction of an ultrasonic absorption cell; Extended Huckel Molecular Orbital Calculations on a series of phenols.
