摘要

The report is the first comprehensive compilation of low energy electron collision cross section data issued by the Joint Institute for Laboratory Astrophysics (JILA) Information Center. It will be issued in three parts with a total of approximately 750 figures. The compilation is limited to experimental measurements and includes data for all atomic species and for those molecules which are important in aeronomy, astrophysics and plasma physics. The literature was searched for data through September of 1968. Ionization CH, He, Li, C, N, O, Ne, Na, Mg, Ar, K, Ca, Cu, Zn, Kr, Rb, Sr, Ag, Xe, Cs, Ba, Hg, Tl, Pb, H2, D2, N2 CO, NO, O2, HCl, H2O, CO2, N2O, C2H2, CH4, CD4, C2H4, SF6, C2H6); Dissociative processes (H2, HD, D2, N2, CO, NO, O2, HCl, HBr, I2, H2O, CO2, N2O, C2H2, CH4, CD4, SF6); Vibrational excitation (H2, N2, CO).
