Annual reports of the Statistical Reporting Service cover national and state forecasts and estimates of crops and of livestock and livestock products, together with related statistics on factors of production. About 150 crops and 50 livestock items are included, as well as labor, fertilizers, seeds, feeds, prices paid and received by farmers, and disposition and utilization of production. The total number of reports released each year is about 650.
