摘要

The report concerns Phase II of a two part study of frequency assignment techniques for Microwave radio systems initiated by the FCC. Phase I analyzed current utilization and frequency assignment techniques, and made recommendations for more efficient use of the spectrum. Phase II examines and analyzes the results of Phase I to determine the mechanics of data gathering, identification of specific data to be gathered, and how the data should be stored, processed and analyzed to achieve the stated objective of more effective use of the microwave frequencies available to the non-government fixed services.
