A Study to Determine the Relationship Between Vehicle Defects and Crashes.

摘要

Procedures and techniques developed in conjunction with a tri-level accident investigation program are reported. Included are principal data collection forms,criteria,and instructions. The tri-level investigation program has as its objective the identification of all pre-crash accident-causative factors. Particular interest is focused on accurately identifying the role played by vehicular factors.
