摘要

The potential role of locally released catecholamines during myocardial ischemia will be assessed upon local myocardial cell necrosis in infarct size utilizing experimental occlusion in the pig. Pharmacological blocking agents will be tested for their ability to protect ischemic myocardium and minimize infarct size.
