摘要

The study seeks to advance understanding of the problem of waste disposal by reviewing one element of the problem -the reuse of nonferrous scrap. The available literature was reviewed and analyzed. The report covers two major nonferrous metals -copper and aluminum. Although they compete in many markets,the two nonferrous metals prove quite different when viewed in the perspective of this study.
