Synthesis of Logic Networks with (Metal Oxide Semiconductors) Complex Cells.

摘要

An MOS cell is modeled as a building block capable of realizing an arbitrary negative function. A 'stratified structure'of a Boolean function is introduced. Based on this structure,algorithms for synthesizing optimal two-level,multi-level feed-forward and multi-level feed-next MOS networks are presented. An algorithm is also developed to synthesize optimal feed-forward MOS networks with cells of similar complexities. (Author)
