Study of Compounds in Dual Role of Curing Agent and Protective Treatment of Concrete.

摘要

Materials that could perform as a curing compound and also as a protective agent to the surface of portland cement concrete were evaluated by laboratory tests and by field applications. The types of materials submitted for study may be classified as follows: chlorinated rubber base compounds;linseed oil base compound;linseed oil emulsion (compatable with water); 100% boiled linseed oil; 50% boiled linseed oil and 50% mineral spirits;and white pigmented curing compound of resin base used on project selected for study.
