Guidelines for Implementing Principles and Standards for Multiobjective Planning of Water Resources. (Review Draft).

This purpose of this report is to provide a uniform set of guidelines and procedures for plans prepared by Federal participants for inclusions in the Western U.S. Water Plan ('Westwide Study). The guidelines embrace the objectives of planning conceptualized in the approved Policies Standards, and Procedures in the Formulation, Evaluation, and Review of Plans for Use and Development of Water and Related Land Resources printed as Senate Document 97, 87th Congress, Second Session, and generally as expanded and refined in the Water Resources Council's Proposed Principles and Standards.
