The document contains two ordinances with each having a different purpose in assisting Cache to grow and develop in an orderly and planned manner. The zoning ordinance regulating land uses, and providing standards for permitted uses. The Subdivision Regulations establish minimum standards for the subdivision of land, dedications, easements and design of future land development and bond requirements to assure standard performance of facilities.
