Matching Job and Worker Characteristics. Work Supplement for the Aged.

The project (1969-1973), implemented the proposal that the needs and skills of older workers (over 55) could be matched with specific job requirements. It successfully placed 221 persons in part-time or temporary positions. A profile of successful clients was developed based on personal and employment data.
