Design of a Training Program for National Occupational Safety and Health Hazard Surveyors

摘要

The purpose of the contract was to design a training and performance evaluation system for new NIOSH employees. The National Occupational Hazard Survey consists of: the development of an occupational hazard data collection system; the training and management of occupational health surveyors; the conduct of a nationwide survey of a sample of workplaces drawn from a population of all industries covered by the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970; the evaluation and processing of data collected; and the preparation and dissemination of reports to the information user communities.
