Development of an Improved Test to Detect the Hepatitis-Associated Antigen (Australia Antigen).

摘要

Two major areas of investigation were pursued: (1) development of methods to detect Australia/SH(HAA) antigen,namely,radioimmunoassay (RIA) passive hemagglutination (PHA),discontinuous counterimmunoelectrophoresis (DCIE) and (2) production in large animals of antisera to purified Australia. This annual progress report covers work related to the above proposals.
