The Federal Communications Commission PBX Advisory Committee was formed to develop technical standards and procedures which would permit the interconnection of privately owned terminal devices and systems to the public switched telecommunications network. The report is in three parts: Technical Standards for the Barrier-Type PBX;Procedures and Enforcement Proposals;and,Comments by Advisory Committee Members.
